Canoe Adventure Through The Ozarks - $360.00

We will pack our canoes with all of our gear for 5 days, and journey along a 50-mile stretch of the wild & scenic Buffalo River. Each night, we will camp at a different spot. There will be plenty of time for swimming in the turquoise waters and gazing at beautiful bluffs and sparkling stars.

This trip is made for all experience levels. Whether this is your first time canoeing or camping, or you’re a seasoned paddler, this trip will surely be an unforgettable experience. Our stretch of the river will include a few Class II rapids!

It is important to note that this trip is considered to be primitive. That means while we are on our river adventure, there will be no running water, electricity or toileting facilities. Our lodging accommodation will be tents! Don’t worry, we will carry plenty of food and water with us and you’ll be rewarded on our last night with a hot shower. This trip will truly get you back to nature.

Feel free to contact Jackie Matthews at jackiem@recsports.ufl.edu with any questions.

Registration Includes:

- Group camping equipment (tents etc.)

- All meals (usually vegetarian)

- Transportation

- Your very own CORE Nalgene!

Your mandatory pre-trip meeting date and time will be listed on your receipt email.

All trips are non-refundable unless cancelled by CORE.

If this trip is full, call CORE at 352-294-1040 to get on the waiting list
